Large Southern Ontario automotive dealership needs a qualified candidate to guide the business as a New Car Sales Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

You need a proven track record of success in the Sales Manager role and passion to drive the dealerships success in every direction. You must be able to lead and motivate a team and take individuals down a successful career path in the industry.

This person should have experience and a solid understanding of both the fixed and variable departments. Should be detail oriented, able to understand and follow direction and make key decisions.

At least 3-5 years in a supervisor position and professional appearance are a must; Communication is key. Individual must pass pre employment screening and criminal record check.

Experience selling more than 120 new vehicles/mth and 60 used vehicles/mth OR MORE will be moved to the head of the line.
